The space The house is spread over 2 floors with independent access, from the entrance you can then access the large living kitchen and very well equipped for those who love to cook, then there is a pantry and a large laundry room. You then access the large dining room with unmissable views of the lake and the private terrace for breakfast or a delicious "en plein air" aperitif. Upstairs there is a large living room with a balcony with breathtaking views, and a large living room with Smart TV. You then enter the sleeping area equipped with 2 large double rooms overlooking the lake, 1 of which with balcony, as well as a suite with private terrace. There is also a single room and a double room with 2 single beds. The bathrooms are 3 and fully finished in frame, 2 of which with large shower and one with bathtub. At the disposal of our guests there is also a large botanical park of 10,000 meters, a private dock to discover the wonders of the lake with a luxury boat and ample parking. Guest access The entire villa is at the exclusive and complete disposal of our guests, the parking space and the park are shared with the Foundation owner of the structure, which also has a museum dedicated to evening art, which can be visited for free for our guests. Other things to note The villa is located within the property of the Antonio Ratti Foundation, a non-profit organization active in the enhancement of the art of silk processing and in the promotion of young artists an expression of contemporary art. In summer the bottom of the park can be accessible to the public and events can be organized, the part where the villa is located, on the other hand, remains obviously private.
