'Marine Gem' is modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home near the beach and close to Busselton CBD. Just a short stroll away from the house is a pedestrian lane-way through to the vast bicycle pathways & beach. The home offers an open plan living area for everyone to gather and connect plus also a second separate lounge room for a retreat or kids zone. Both of these areas have a television & DVD player. There are also nice outdoor options to sit & relax whilst enjoying your time off. There is a BBQ outside for entertaining. Parking for smaller vehicles is provided in a double lock-up garage plus another space to the side which will fit a larger vehicle or small boat. The property is private and secure which will enhance your holiday experience as it provides the feeling of seclusion. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher. The laundry has washing machine, bench space and trough. For comfort all year round there is ducted air conditioning throughout the home. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay - Blankets are made available at the home during colder months -You can hire porta-cots (Kmart Travel Porta-cot) & high chairs from us for $10 per item. Porta-cots do not come with a foam mattress insert or linen/bedding. - Maximum number of occupants advertised cannot be exceeded at any time. - Noise must be kept to a minimum with no disturbance to neighbors.
