The space This private second floor guest house with a private entrance, has great views, and has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It is perfect for a small get away. It is located on a tree lined, very private 16 acre estate with a long driveway. The house is not visible from the main road. There is an outdoor eating area under a pergola, registered guests are welcome to use it and the grill and the pool. Go strawberry picking or get homemade ice-cream at the farm across the street (seasonal) and you can pick wild blackberries on our property (seasonal.) Guest access You must be able to climb stairs, as the apartment is on the second floor. The first floor is occupied. There is plenty of parking, you can park anywhere if font of the unit. There is sufficient room for multiple cars and even a trailer. There is a farm stand across the street where you can go strawberry or pumpkin picking seasonally, and Ice Cream when open. Easy contactless check in, you will receive a text and or email with the door code. Other things to note For EVs, there is a NEMA 14-50 outlet on property connected to a Tesla charger at the owners main garage that you are welcome to use. Please make arrangement with us. There is a sofa bed that can accommodate two more guest, we will provide linens and pillow, all guests must be listed on the reservation.
