Nestled within the tree-lined streets of Morrison/Floral Park, 12-minutes to Disney, 20 to Newport Beach is this 4-bedroom 3-bath single-story home with all the comforts of resort living. Two master bedrooms with ensuite baths. One features a private entrance, another direct pool access. Other 2 bedrooms share a bath with soaking tub. Pool offers total privacy, gas-grill, firepit & covered outdoor living room, 75” TV & outdoor dining. Located in a neighborhood of multi-million-dollar homes. The space This luxury 4 bedroom home has two master bedrooms with en-suite bath, one of which has a separate entrance and is totally self-sufficient - perfect for 2 or 3 couples vacationing together. There are top-grade finishes throughout for the experienced traveler. The home is a 20-minute drive to the beaches and 12 minutes to Disney. LA is 45 minutes away. Guest access You’ll have complete privacy in your very own pool with a high fence and landscaping around the entire perimeter. You also have total private use of the full kitchen, the kitchenette in adjoining efficiency as well as patio areas. The washer and dryer, only for your use, is located in the hallway next to the bedrooms. The formal dining room is off the kitchen. The living room with gas fireplace for your use overlooks your private pool and outdoor dining area. You have off-street parking on the driveway for 2 vehicles. Other things to note Pets are allowed by pre-approval only. We require an additional pet cleaning fee of $25 for small dogs per day and $45 for big dogs per day. Please contact us for more details as certain pet breeds are not acceptable. The pool is completely private. You can choose to heat the pool for an additional fee. The cost would be from $95 per day to $150 per day. Due to the fluctuating costs of gas in California, these rates can change or may not be available at all. Please check with us for exact rates and availability during your particular stay. A 4-night minimum is required. There is an upstairs apartment over the garage of the home, which is accessible from the opposite side of the property. You would likely never interact with or even see the guests staying there, except while walking in the beautiful tree-lined neighborhood . We, as owners of the home, also use this apartment when not traveling ourselves. There are two full propane tanks provided for your use during your visit for the BBQ grill and outdoor fire-pit. We supply sufficient paper goods to get you started - 2 rolls of toilet paper in every bathroom, paper towels, trash-bags, etc. Smoking, illegal drugs and firearms are not permitted on property. Parties are not permitted. Due to this being a residential area, please respect the noise curfew from 10pm-8am. There are cameras on the exterior of the property for your safety and ours. :) Please, no extra visitors or guests except for those on the initial booking. If you would like to add guests or visitors, please obtain approval from the host in writing through the AirBnB platform. AirBnB reservations are not transferable to other individuals. Therefore, the individual making the reservation must be the one staying on the property.
