Private room with sitting area on 2nd floor of our home. It is the room at the end of hall over our garage. Bathroom down the hall is for your use only. We had a dog until March of 2023 so if you have pet allergies please take that into consideration. We no longer have a pet in the home. The space The room we are renting out has a pillow top mattress and a beautiful bedroom suite. It has dimmer switches on the lamps for extra comfort. Our home has central heat and air and a ceiling fan in this room. This room also has a window unit A/C with remote for our guest comfort. There is also a Smart TV in the room, WIFI for your use, and you can use our XFINTY privileges when you access Xfinity while on our WiFi. We have the internet boost package so that we have fast internet. For an even faster internet connection than our WiFi, we have installed a wired connection near the desk. There is also a small refrigerator, desk, table and sitting area. No meals or beverages are provided but you do have your own parking spot. Guest access Guest will have access to rented bedroom, private bath, living room, dining room, kitchen, back porch, yard, and wireless internet. You are welcome to use the kitchen to prepare your meals as long as you clean up your mess. Long term guests, 7 or more nights, are treated like roommates in that you will provide your own paper towels, wash your own towels, sheets, and dishes, etc. Like most roommate relationships, borrowing a cup of sugar or something like that is acceptable but please don't expect meals or beverages to be provided. During your stay We live in the home and we are available through phone call, text, or email. Other things to note Absolutely no drugs or coming in and out late at night every night. It's not a problem at all if you come in quietly but we work 7-4 so coming in every night after 11 is not going to work for us to live in the home together. Quiet hours 10 pm - 6:30 am. Per Air BNB policy, no guests can enter the home other than the ones listed on the reservation. This home is monitored by video surveillance (entranceways only).
