The space This historic duplex is an absolute dream home and you’ll want to stay forever in all the over the top coziness that comes along with it. Every single room hugs you and is the perfect place to curl up with a good book or TV show and a coffee or wine underneath a fluffy blanket. Truly, you’ll want to drink your morning coffee and nighttime cocktail in a different room each day. As fantastic as the city of Memphis is with so much to see and eat (all the best places right around the corner by the way), it’ll be difficult to tear yourself away from the comfort and ambiance of this home. Every room is unique and cozy with so much old home charm. There are so many rooms with the most adorable nooks and crannies to enjoy time with friends and family. A fully stocked chef’s kitchen with a gas burner range and beautiful selection of dishes, perfect for meals to serve in the absolutely stunning dining room at the rustic Restoration Hardware table that sits 8+ people or outside in the courtyard at the oversized custom farmhouse table that sits up to 10 people under twinkling lights. Off the kitchen is a customized bar area for making cocktails, we recommend serving those in the sophisticated front parlor, the screened in front porch in front of the extra large luxury fire pit, or outside under the twinkle tree lights. The upstairs has three very large bedrooms with soft luxury style bedding, a large TV in each room, and plenty of space to hang and store clothing/luggage. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 has a queen bed and twin bunk beds, and the front parlor includes a pull out sofa sleeper with a very comfy memory foam mattress and full cozy bedding. There are 3.5 baths. Other amenities include keyless entry, office space, full laundry room with washer/dryer, dishwasher, wine fridge, off street parking for up to 2 cars, smart TVs, high-speed internet, board games, and picnic blanket, basket, and supplies for another fun dining option outside in the dazzling courtyard. A very short drive to Overton Square, Cooper Young, The Memphis Zoo, Overton Park, and downtown. It’s truly in the middle of all of best entertainment districts in the city. A quick Uber drive, a bike rental, a scooter rental, or just jump in your own car and you can be anywhere very quickly! Guest access Guests have full access to the home including private back entrance, exquisite French style courtyard with twinkling lights and fire pit, intimate and relaxing screened in front porch with oversized luxury fire pit, and washer/dryer full laundry room. Please note, our home is a historic duplex with zero shared space aside from the driveway.
