Please inquire for additional rental opportunities!* The space This home is a recently renovated ranch style home that offers single floor living with an open floor plan. Cathedral ceilings in the living room and master suite (attached bath) give this home a very spacious feel. Your views are of trees and flowing water! Your living room leads you to your deck, overlooking the backyard space and The Delaware River! Guest access Guest will be provided door code 48 HRS before check in. Other things to note You may wish to experience some local waterfalls, stroll through the small town of Milford, PA and/or Port Jervis, NY, kayak/tube the river, or you may be completely content sitting back, relaxing and watching the river rolls by! - Kayaks are available for rent at an additional $75/per person, per stay. Rentals are only available June 1 - October 1, weather and river permitting. Please notify us one day prior to check in if you wish to rent a kayak on site. - A/C is available in two queen bedrooms only. If curtains and windows are kept closed during the day with ceiling fans going, these two units are enough to cool the entire house. The trick is to not open any windows until the sun sets! A/C are only available from June 1- October 1. - Firewood is available onsite by donation. We supply a few pieces to get you started!
