This cozy 1955 Sears & Roebuck kit house has been brought back to life! We vaulted ceilings and removed walls, but kept the original footprint. It is just the right size for a getaway for 2 or 4 with 1 private bedroom and a sleeping loft. It has all the modern conveniences and is nestled at Gilbert Landing, 1 mile from downtown and 15 min to TIEC. We are dog-friendly, with host approval. There is a $95 pet fee for one dog. No dogs under 1 year. Additional pet & cleaning fees longer stays. The space The cottage is part of Gilbert Landing. Totally separate from the main house, The Cottage is cozy and private. The house has been completely remodeled with vaulted ceilings, the space features 1 queen bedroom and sleeping loft with queen mattress, full kitchen, washer/dryer, full bath, flat screen TVs, internet, screened porch with grill, sitting porch, fenced backyard and ample parking space.
