Nestled near the serene Ticklenaked Pond, enjoy kayaking, fishing, and swimming right at your doorstep. With 6+ kayaks (life jackets included), fishing rods, and easy access to the boat ramp (no wake, 5 mph speed limit), you'll have plenty to explore the water. Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the brand new deck, listening to the loons call, and spend your days outdoors on the spacious lawn. In the evening, gather around the campfire for s’mores (please bring your own firewood) and relax under the stars. The house comfortably sleeps 6: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Additional Sleep Space: 2 Twin Beds on the lower level (common space) Linens and towels are included, or opt for a $50 credit by bringing your own. There is an access road with boat ramp. The beach is a short walk from the house (turn left out of the driveway, the beach will be on the right immediately before you get back to the main road.) Access is open to the public. Please carry out what you carry in, no trash cans are provided. If you have small children in your group, there is a small playground available for use. There is also a covered pavilion to enjoy food or escape the sun.
