This luxurious house with a private pool is located inside Villa Oceanica which is a gated community with 24hr security and is one of the best areas in Costa del Sol. The house is 45 minutes from the airport and 1 hour to San Salvador. We have 4 tanning lounge chairs with umbrellas and a grilling area. There are two terraces with hammocks and ceiling fans one by the pool area & the other one on the second level for a beautiful view. Out door pool bathroom and showers to clean the sand off. The space There are 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and A/C units in each of them. Rooms are furnished with 1 king Bed, 6 Queen Beds, and 1 full over full Bunk Bed. In the spacious great room, you’ll find the living room, kitchen and dining room. There is only 1 TV in the entire house and it’s located in the living area. There is cable tv and WiFi. It has an amazing barbecue where you can grill. 7 minute walk to the beach. Kitchen is equipped for cooking or you can have food delivered to the house from restaurants near by. There is a local supermarket 15 minutes away if you want to buy groceries. Other Services: We can arrange pickup and drop off to the airport. Massages are available in the comfort of the home with previous arrangements made. Other things to note The house has A/C units only in the bedrooms. Warm water only in the bedrooms showers. Bring your own charcoal for BBQ grill.
