To keep your vacation stress-free, your gear will be delivered to your rental property on the day you arrive and will be picked up the day you depart. PLEASE NOTE: From mid-spring to early fall, beach gear inventory - especially bicycles - are in high demand and may be limited. We recommend reserving your gear as early as possible. *Credit is applicable to guest reservations of 2 to 14 nights only. There is no cash value if the credit is not used. Other things to note *Home Truths:* - Pool heat is not available between 4/1 and 10/1. - Bedroom 5 and its en-suite bathroom are located in the casita (guest house). - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Guests may not park boats or watercraft in the driveway or anywhere in public view. Violations will be ticketed. - Per Watersound Beach Association regulations, guests are not permitted to use rental golf carts at this property. - The miniature golf course is a two-minute walk from the house. Clubs and balls can be borrowed from the front gate/security office. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - The maximum number of vehicles which can park on-site: 2 Parking Details: A maximum of 2 vehicles can park onsite.
