The space Beautifully appointed 12’ x 12’ guest bedroom with a very comfortable queen size bed and a cozy chair to relax and read. Original fireplace adds a bit of charm to the room. Plenty of natural light. A full private bath with granite vanity, tub and shower. The guest room and private bath is located in a beautifully maintained antique cape steps from downtown. Guest access Limited access to the kitchen but guests can store food in the refrigerator or make a pot of coffee or tea. Please no cooking of full meals in the kitchen. Relax on the covered porch which is available to guests for dining or relaxing. Webber grill and utensils available should you want to bbq.
