Beaches and plenty of places to throw a fishing pole off the sea wall are right around the corner. You will enjoy the extra amenities we've added such as a pool table, ping pong table, Basketball Goal, Cornhole boards, Darts, Firepit and Grill. We also have beach supplies and bicycles for you. The space When you arrive you will start to be amazed with this property. The outdoor bar area and game room are located on the lower level and have tons of amenities to enjoy. When you walk through the front door, you will notice a wide open floor plan with two bedrooms near the front of the home. As you continue into the dining and kitchen area you will notice the master bedroom with large tub and the new master shower we upgraded in 2023. The master shower now features a beautiful glass tile shower that most of our guests get the wow factor when they see it. In 2023 we also put new flooring throughout and painted the walls and kitchen cabinets. This home has three bedrooms, two baths and features 1710 square feet of living area. It is an elevated home and features an outdoor entertainment area under the home to relax and unwind. If your looking for a peaceful relaxing time, this is the home for you. We have a swing to relax under the Shady Oak tree or in the screened in area under the home. We have a lift available to help put all your luggage and groceries in the home. There are TV's in the living room, master bedroom, one guest bedroom and in the screened in area under the home. If your looking to keep the family entertained you will be very satisfied with our game room that we’ve created and how close our home is to local popular destinations. We have worked hard to get this home and would like to keep it as nice as it currently is. You will be satisfied! There is plenty of seating in the front or back yard for smoking. There are security cameras on the entry ways to the house and under the house pointing on driveway. These cameras record 24/7 for security purposes.
