Welcome if this room doesn’t fit check out my profile I have 2 other rooms. Near I 85 and 285. Perfect for long term or short term. The bed is a double, shares bathroom with 1 other. As above I have 3 guest rooms, other guest may be staying too. I don’t live on the property we will meet when you arrive. I will give you the code to the front door. This is an older house there are cosmetic parts that need to be fixed. It is clean and it is expected that guest keep it clean. Supplies are provided. The space The house is close to the highway but far enough not to get alot of traffic. Guest access When you arrive you will have full access to the shared kichen, living room, dinning room, and a shared bathroom. You are expected to clean up after yourself in all shared areas. During your stay I or my sister will be there to greet you and give the keys / tour. If you need anything you can call or message me and I will help you with any problems you have. I come by the house occasionally I try to let guest know ahead of time, but sometimes it’s not possible. Other things to note I might at times be at the house to work on small fixer-up projection on the house. Please remember this is a shared house and keep things clean out of respect for the other guest too.
