Our apartment is located right next to the beach and a very nice path to take long walks where you can enjoy the views of Lake Michigan. The space Our lovely two bedroom unit features SS appliances,hardwood floors, large closets, upgraded kitchen and bathroom. Building is near public transit and we are walking distance from south boulevard beach (Approximately a 3-4 minute walk!) Other things to note -CAUTION: Running multiple AC units at one time will trip the circuit breaker and you’ll lose electricity. Only (2) AC units on at any one time. -This apartment is located on the 3rd floor and requires walking up 3 flights of stairs.
