Freshly painted with newly refinished hardwood floors. Walk to Westhampton Beach villages shops and restaurants, the LIRR, bike to beach. Bicycles available. Guaranteed 100% free of Hamptons attitude! The space The rooms are freshly painted (white) and the hardwood floors have been refinished this summer. These rooms are in our "guest wing" and are specifically set up for guests (with none of our personal possessions). Guest access We have a beautiful shady private backyard with lounge chairs, a small pond, dining table, a gas grill and a chiminea. There is plenty of parking. You are welcome to put some food in our fridge, use the microwave and outdoor gas grill. During your stay Feel free to ask me in person or text me during your stay with any questions. If you let me know ahead of time it's likely I can even pick you up at the Westhampton LIRR (at the end of our street). I grew up in Westhampton Beach and moved back after living in NYC. I know a lot about interesting and reasonable priced places to eat, shop, have a nature adventure (or even find an old school dive bar). If you need to borrow anything from an iron to a pair of scissors just ask. Other things to note Between walking, biking and a Lyft it's very easy to have a relaxing beach holiday here without the need for a car.
