Our apartment is located right next to the beach and a very nice path to take long walks where you can enjoy the views of Lake Michigan. The space Our lovely one bedroom unit features SS appliances,hardwood floors, large closets, upgraded kitchen and bathroom. Building is near public transit and we are walking distance from south boulevard beach (Approximately a 3-4 minute walk!) Other things to note Please do not park in the rear of the building. Those parking spaces are paid for by tenants of the building and your car will be towed if you park there. -This apartment is located on the 2nd floor and requires walking up 2 flights of stairs.
