Our home is a cozy private single level home spacious enough to perfectly accommodate 7 friends or family members. The screened-in patio is an ideal place to end your busy day by creating your own happy hour overlooking the rose gardens in the enclosed backyard. Whether visiting family in the Dallas area, attending a Dallas Cowboy or Dallas Maverick game, in town for business, or here for a relaxing weekend away, our home is the answer for you. This home is a clean 3 bedroom property in a quiet family friendly neighborhood within the city of Glenn Heights. Relax with family or friends in our peaceful home consisting of 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy family room with large tv and a screened-in back patio with its own flat screen tv. Our house is also equipped with 2 exterior security cameras for your safety 1 at the front door and another overlooking the driveway in the back of the house which will be monitored 24-7 during your stay. Guest access We're close enough to the city for quick access (only about 30 minutes away from downtown Dallas) but far enough away to let you feel like you’re truly away from all the noise. Street parking available in the front of the house and rear parking is available in the house’s private driveway. Other things to note For your safety, our home features Ring cameras outside on the front door and in the back of the house facing the driveway which are constantly monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked and features a Keurig machine, an electric tea kettle for tea, complimentary snacks, waters and seasonings for those who want to cook. For your convenience, there is a Neighborhood Walmart only about 10 minutes away from the house for you to pick up any last minute snacks and necessities. You must be at least 21 years old to book our home and there are absolutely no parties allowed without the hosts' prior knowledge and approval.
