You will have access to: - 1 House with 4 bdr/3 baths for up to 12 guests (approx. 2500 sq. ft.); - 1 Studio with 1 bath for up to 2 guests (approx. 550 sq. ft.); AND - 1 Guesthouse with 2 bdr/2 baths for up to 5 guests (approx. 900 sq. ft.). Each unit is fully furnished to meet all of your needs and comfort. The space You will have free reign of the entire home... Please respect our home: - NO smoking inside - NO parties - Keyless entry - Clean and quiet - Safe neighborhood - Short drive (less than 10 min) to Atlanta's major attractions, (West) Midtown, Atlantic Station, etc. Guest access The whole compound is available for guests only. Other things to note We take time to clean disinfect the place between each booking. We take your health and safety very seriously. We also have security cameras on the outside of the house to monitor the entrance. There are five on-premise parking spaces, additional parking is on the street. Please do not park on the grass.
