The living room is furnished with one sofa sleeper and chair, flat screen tv with cable and internet included, and opens to the dining room and the kitchen & bar area . The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with all stainless type appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, glasstop stove, pantry, countertops. The kitchen is fully furnished with all dishes, glassware, pots, pans, silverware, coffemaker and toaster to enable comfortable times when cooking. The outdoor space includes a small patio with a park bench, firepit and a gas grill. The private back yard is surrounded with a 6 foot wooden fence and trees and shrubs.
