You’ll enjoy a wood burning fireplace, full kitchen, and 3 bedrooms with queen beds in each room. Also a 4th bedroom with two full beds (newly added)! The backyard has a fire pit area, a patio and floating deck for the ultimate outdoor retreat! We are 25 minutes from Downtown Boston! The space This cozy home offers a beautiful open concept living and dining space with a full kitchen. Comfy sofa in the living room, Smart TV’s in all 4 bedrooms (no cable), and central air to greet you after a long day of traveling! The home comes furnished with 5 beds total. The maximum amount of guest is 10 people, if you don’t mind sharing a bed. Otherwise, 5 people will be able to have their own bed. Use your own discretion. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds and the 4th bedroom has two full beds and an en-suite bathroom, desks for additional work space, and Smart TVs as well! Just log into your Netflix or any streaming app, cozy up and watch your favorite movies and shows! This home is not in the city of Boston. We are about 25 minutes south of Boston in the suburb of Randolph. Please consider that if location and entertainment amenities are a major factor for you. Guest access Guest will have access to the whole house except for the garage and basement. The patio and deck are available seasonally (late Spring-Fall). The fire pit area is available all year round so feel free hang out outdoors near a cozy fire! If there is a snow storm there is no access to the backyard or patio. Other things to note This is not in the city of Boston. We are about 25 minutes south of Boston in the suburb of Randolph.
