Guest house contains the game room and upstairs studio apartment equipped with kitchenette, king bed, eating area / workspace, and full bathroom, Other things to note Due to severe allergies, NO ANIMALS, and NO SMOKING/ VAPING allowed on the property, violation of this at anytime will forfeit the reservation immediately without a refund; an additional minimum $500 deep cleaning fee will be assessed.
