When we remodeled a few years ago, we didn't intend to do airbnb, so there a few things we would add now (dishwasher) if we could. We have additional space heaters and fans in the "cave" to make you more comfortable, and our upstairs to be comfortable as well. Guest access Full access to the basement space with your own keyless access from outside, private shower. We do live in the same home, separate entrance. Very comfortable. Other things to note We have two dogs, Millie and Guinness, they love to meet new friends. They can be quite noisy, they are work in progress. We do not allow guests to bring pets.
