You will be surrounded by multiple species of plants, trees, and animals in the thick forest while relaxing in the comforts of an all enclosed luxury home. You can view the jungle and the ocean from inside the house, or take a step onto the patio and feel at peace while only hearing the birds, monkeys, waves, and at night all the different noises from the bugs. Each bedroom is large and 3 out of the 4 bedrooms has an ocean view with an outside balcony. The rooms have brand new comfortable beds with soft bedding and cozy down comforters. Each room has it's own AC unit with black out blinds so you can sleep like a baby. Please keep in mind that when these photos were taken, the landscaping was not complete, but know that wherever you see dirt there is now green and other colors. We will leave the beautiful lush garden for a pleasant surprise when you arrive and see for yourself. I am sure you will be blown away. Part of the newly planted garden is a full orchard that you can pick from when the fruit is ripe. (mango, banana, lime, grapefruit, avocado, starfruit, apples, cherry, guanabana, and oranges) You can also enjoy fresh chicken eggs every morning that are produced by our 10 hens who live on the property. Case de Paz has its own entrance with private gate and long level driveway that leads to a covered car port for dry walk from your car/ATV to the front door. The private road off the main road up to the house is concrete so the house is always accessible. The gate will be locked by our guard at night, but can be opened by him at any time. Other things to note Casa de Paz comes with a full time concierge, full time maid service, and nightly security guard who protects the house from sun down to sun up. During the day for 6 days a week Casa de Paz and the rest of the property is taken care of by a professional caretaker. Casa de Paz is new so you can expect all the new house amenities that come with it.
