My cozy apartment is located in the middle of the hippest neighborhood of all of Vienna: 1070 new building. Here you will enjoy urban Vienna like a real Viennese. Check-in is super easy with a key box. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, 2 rooms each with a cozy double bed & of course WiFi. The best locations for food & shopping are a 5 min walk. These are oriented on the courtyard side and very quiet. In the fully equipped kitchen there is also a dining area for up to 5 people. The bathroom has a bathtub, the toilet is accessible separately. Guest access The apartment is located in the Neustiftgasse in the heart of the 7th district of Vienna. Around you will find various restaurants and shopping facilities. In the entire district of Vienna, there is a short-stay parking zone from 9 am to 10 pm. During this time, you have to deposit parking tickets in the car, which you can buy in any trafik. During weekends, parking is free of charge. During the week I would recommend the following parking garage at Ludo-Hartmann-Platz. Other things to note no further special features
