For your safety, security cameras are located outside the property. **Important Guidelines:** - The indoor fireplace is NOT for use. - Please avoid dragging luggage or coolers on the floors. - Smoking is not permitted inside. Penalties will apply for indoor smoking. You may smoke in the gazebo area by the pool, but please dispose of waste properly. - Children must be supervised at all times. The pool is not fenced. - No music speakers or woofers are allowed. **Pool Information:** - The pool is maintained weekly, and it’s normal to occasionally find frogs or cloudiness after rain. It's safe to swim. The pool is open from mid-May to the end of September. Please do not walk over pool cover covered. - Pool heating is available for $200 per night (3 hours of heat). - Grill usage fee is $100 (please clean after use). - Firewood for the gazebo fireplace is $5 per log. **House Rules:** 1. No food or drinks on couches or in bedrooms. No shoes inside the home or on carpets. 2. Bring your own towels for the pool; house towels are for indoor use only. 3. Please dry off before entering the house from the pool. 4. No loud music or noise outside after 10 PM. 5. Clean up after using the kitchen, including washing and storing dishes, and wiping down countertops. If the stove or oven is used, clean them with care. 6. Clean the grill and utensils after use. 7. No glass around the pool. 8. No smoking or vaping inside the home. 9. Keep food inside to avoid attracting wildlife. Use the bins under the deck for disposal. 10. Floors are porcelain and can be slippery when wet, so please be cautious. 11.Extra guests will incur additional charges. This is our home—please treat it as you would your own.
