Penalties will apply for indoor smoking. You may smoke in the gazebo area by the pool, but please dispose of waste properly. - Children must be supervised at all times. The pool is not fenced. **Pool Information:** - The pool is maintained weekly, and it’s normal to occasionally find frogs or cloudiness after rain. It's safe to swim. The pool is open from mid-May to the end of September. Please do not walk over pool covered during the winter time. - Firewood for the gazebo fireplace is $5 per log. **House Rules:** 1. No food or drinks on couches or in bedrooms. No shoes inside the home or on carpets. 2. Bring your own towels for the pool; house towels are for indoor use only. 3. Please dry off before entering the house from the pool. 4. No loud music or noise outside after 10 PM. 5. Clean up after using the kitchen, including washing and storing dishes, and wiping down countertops. If the stove or oven is used, please clean them with care. 6. Clean the grill and utensils after use. 7. No glass around the pool. 8. No smoking or vaping inside the home. 9. Keep food inside to avoid attracting wildlife. Use the bins under the deck for disposal. 10. Floors are porcelain and can be slippery when wet, so please be cautious. 11. An additional charge applies for more than two overnight guests. This is our home—please treat it as you would your own. Enjoy your stay! **Amenities:** - Security cameras are installed at all entrances for your safety. - The garage is not available for guest use. **Check-Out Instructions:** - Check out by 10:00 AM. - Before leaving, please: - Remove perishable items. - Take out the trash. - Load and start the dishwasher. - Strip linens from used beds. - Pile used linens and towels. - Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances. - Lock all windows and doors.
