The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee. The space It's quite very comfortable and cozy. Not to mention the pool is great. Note: pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day weather permitting. If we have good weather I will keep it open longer. Hot tub is open year round on request only. We are a 10-15 minute driving distance to three beaches. Guest access Access to your own private entrance. Pool, hot tub, deck, grill, yard. NOTE: We do not allow people outside the reservation to come to the property. We do have outdoors cameras on the property. (NOT FOR PARTIES) Other things to note Book early while rates are low. The closer we get to the dates, the rate becomes higher. Just a friendly reminder. Note: We only allow 4-5 adults and 2-3 children as the space is just too small for 7 adults. Pet fee $75 per pet Please do not request to have parties or get togethers!!!!!
