Other things to note: The community has free access to the lake and tennis courts. The pool and fitness center are free for the first 6 guests. Each additional guest has to pay an $8 access fee for the pool and fitness center. Kids under 6 years have free access. Guests are responsible to supply their own firewood for the fire pit. Guests are also responsible to get propane for the BBQ. any propane left in the tank is a courtesy of the previous guests
