Guest access Entire suite (2100+ sq ft) is available for guest use, except the unfinished attic area which is locked for guest safety. Other things to note The entire South Side neighborhood the parking is alternate side of the street only! There is a friendly lab-mix dog on the property, guests will only see him in the yard, as they come in and out of the suite. The suite is on the third floor. Guests need to be able to walk the stairs. The suite is part of a beautiful historical home, and there are many charms associated with it, although there is certain limitation such as only a single bathroom. Most of our guests noticed this when they book and have no problem sharing the bathroom with their group.
