We are downtown, near Louisiana Tech, walking distance to shopping and great restaurants. A favorite with Tech Alumni, Parents, and Football lovers. Fully stocked kitchen makes it feel like home. My place is great for families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It is three stories and is 4200 square feet. Guy and Faye Barnes are only the second owners of the home. It is now a wedding and event venue as well as a Vacation Rental. No one resides in the home. The space Meadows Manor is also an event venue. We hold events as large as weddings to small gatherings such as birthday parties. We indoor and outdoor accommodations. Guest access When renting our space you will have access to two bedrooms (one is located upstairs and one downstairs) kitchen, parlor and dining areas (on the main floor level). You can enjoy our beautiful sun porch as well as our spacious outdoor gardens and beautiful deck. Other things to note We offer good old Southern hospitality at its finest I have an exterior camera to the left of my front door, I have a an exterior camera at the side garden entrance located to the right of the door. i have an exterior camera located at the very back door located midway down the stairs and i have an exterior camera located at the area facing a barn which is used for storage. i have an exterior camera facing a large deck in the yard. i agree to all AirBnb rules and policies concerning the disclosure of all exterior cameras.
