It is located approx. 5 miles east of Intercourse, Pa and 3 miles south of New Holland, Pa plus close to many major attractions of Amish Country. The space Our farm is located in the fertile area of Lancaster County. Come and enjoy life with us. There are LOTSand lots of flower gardens for you to enjoy. The horses, longhorn cattle, the pig, and the chickens will love your attention:) There is a smal creek and a beautiful pond behind the house. Lots of outdoor space for you to enjoy the cool clean air of the country. This beautiful suite is located on the 2nd floor, accessed by stairs, of a historic 1700's brick home. It boasts a full kitchen, fully equipped with pots and pans for your convenience. You will find dishes and plates in the cupboards plus utensils and cooking accessories. A full dining suite graces the kitchen making for a comfortable and enjoyable time. 2 Couches and 2 recliners in the living room provide plenty of space for lounging. Both couches are pull out couches for extra sleeping room. The suite is completed with 2 bedrooms each with one queen bed. A full bath finishes this beautiful suite. Linens and towels are provided to make your get away a breeze. A washer and dryer are found in the suite if you need to do laundry. We do provide laundry soap, Arm & Hammer. This beautiful suite is newly renovated. A fresh coat of paint has been applied and new carpets cover all the floors except the kitchen and bathroom which have original hardwood flooring. New doors for the bedrooms have been installed plus other small upgrades. We hope you will love these renovations as much as we do! The outdoors is a beauty with many flower gardens & trees & shrubbery. Feel free to stroll the gardens or find a spot to sit and relax. The kids and adults alike are welcome to splash & wade in the creek. Please be mindful of the rocks and slippery spots as we are not responsible for accidents. Please no throwing rocks into the creek. Everything has been newly renovated and the rocks are in place to help with erosion of the banks. Our pond has been newly renovated turning a dirty farm pond into a swimming pond. We are so excited! :) We can offer our guests use of the pond if arrangements have been made ahead of time as we do rent it out to local groups for day use. Please ask permission before using the pond and the facilities down there and know that at times it will be rented out to other groups and will not be available. All guests and visitors enter the pond area at their own risk. Guest access The entrance is the middle door on the front porch. You will have the entire second floor to yourselves.... NO living spaces are shared. Other things to note The animals love to be petted, so feel free to do so:) Please do not feed the animals without permission. If you wish to help with the daily feeding we can arrange that. All guests and visitors enter the barns and barnyard at their own risk. We are not responsible for accidents. NOTE: Please do not enter the animal meadows at any time.
