Recently Fully renovated on one of Manasquan's premier Historic Streets, this is our fulltime family home. One block from downtown Manasquan and less than 1 mile from Manasquan beach. Guests must be age 30 and up to book (besides children staying with their parents). THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOME. We rent mainly to families, and small groups of friends who are responsible and considerate of our home and neighbors. 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bath, outside shower, patio and spacious yard! The space We have a dog that lives here regularly but will not be here during your stay. Other things to note No SMOKING or buring candles. No parties/ events . Keep noise to a minimun. 10 p.m. quiet hours
