The space consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen as well as private parking. The living room represents the place to relax after a long day of exploring the City’s attractions. You can either listen to music, watch TV or simply relax on a comfortable sofa. Additionally, the living room is equipped with a ceiling fan for the hot summer days. Our kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and beautiful finishes throughout. Moreover, it has all the appliances and equipment you will need, such as fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, cooking and eating utensils, cups and glasses in sufficient quantity. Guest access You and your guests may enjoy FULL access to the home and backyard. I do ask that all guest congregate inside of the home or within the backyard area for privacy purposes. But it’s even more critical as we all aim to reduce the spread of infection. In light of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the housekeeping team has reviewed their cleaning regime to ensure that they have complied with the CDC standards. Additional steps such as those listed below have been adopted. 1. Cleaning Staff will wear protective gear whilst they clean. 2. Rooms will be ventilated before they are cleaned. 3. Housekeepers will be washing their hands thoroughly before and after each cleaning. 4. High-use areas will be cleaned then disinfected. 5. All linens will be washed at the highest heat setting recommended by the manufacturer. Please remove your shoes when you enter our home in carpeted areas Occupancy Guidelines: There can NOT be more guests than what was previously approved during booking persons in or on the property at any one point in time. The violation of this can lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. There is a ring doorbell installed at the front door. Self Check-in Waiver: This is a self-check-in property, you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that you are being provided by Airbnb through the house manual, house rules or check-in guide. You are required to read the house manual and rules prior to your arrival. Keypad instructions: *Enter your personal entry code on the keypad. *To submit the code to unlock/lock the door, look for a round button (bottom center) and press that button. *When locking the door, please confirm that the door is locked by attempting to open the door. Upon check-in conduct a walk-through and bring any concerns to your host. Please report any damage, theft, or problems requiring maintenance immediately to us. Ensure all external doors and windows are secure when you leave. Turn off all lights and ensure no water is running in the bathrooms or kitchen. If you find yourself locked out of the house, do not attempt to force entry. We will help if we're available. You can expect a slower response after 10 PM or before 7 AM. Ensure all belongings are removed from property not later than checkout at 11 AM. The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible. Ensure adequate insurance coverage for personal property and losses due to fire, theft, personal injury to others beginning at check-in date. There is a $600 SMOKING FEE if we find that smoking is has occurred in the house. The designated smoking area is in the back of the house. Please depose your cigarette buds properly, there is a cigarette bud smoke dispenser in the back of the house, do not throw buds on the ground. There is a $250 replacement fee for a damaged smart lock Place all trash during your stay and upon check-out in the trash can outside. DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD IN THE REFRIGERATOR. Place all soiled bedding and linen by beds prior to checkout. Note: IF THERE ARE ANY STAINS (MAKEUP, LIPSTICK ETC..)THAT CANNOT BE REMOVED FROM BED LINEN TO INCLUDE SHEETS, PILLOWS, PILLOW CASES, BED COMFORTERS ETC. THERE WILL BE A $150 REPLACEMENT FEE. THERE WILL ALSO BE A $75 REPLACEMENT FEE FOR ANY STAINS THAT CANNOT BE REMOVED FROM BATH TOWELS, FACE TOWELS, AND HAND TOWELS. MAKEUP FACE TOWELS HAS BEEN PROVIDED FOR YOUR USE TO REMOVE MAKEUP. Owner assumes NO responsibility for valuable, lost, damaged, stolen, or misplaced items. No smoking, No pets, No hazardous material allowed at any time. No illegal activities or illegal drugs on the premises at any time. NO WEAPONS No removal of house inventory at any time – i.e. equipment, furniture, towels, bed linens, etc. Minors must be attended at all times. Maintaining good relations with neighbors is essential. Be sensitive to noise levels, particularly after 10:00 pm. Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Complaints by neighbors will be taken seriously and may result in you being asked to leave. Neighbors have been instructed to call the authorities for loud noise after quiet hours. Park in the driveway and not on the Lawn OR on the street.
