Unique Place & Experience jFieldsRanch is an Off-the-Grid property in Squaw Valley Fresno County, California. It is a very secluded 2-locked gated entry property on a private road off Highway 180. We keep goats, chickens, ducks, geese, and turkeys. We have 4 dogs and 4 cats plus a semi-feral black cat. The space The 2003 Cardinal Forest RV rental unit is located at jFields Ranch at 1800 ft. (at highest peak elevation) with awesome bluff views of the surrounding mountains. The RV sits by a seasonal creek with rock outcropping landscapes. The RV comfortably sleeps 4 people. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed and a full-size sofa bed is in the living area. The RV equipped with wifi home theater recliner seats. The kitchen is equipped with a propane stove oven, microwave, and Keurig coffee machine. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals: pots, pans, silverware, baking dishes, cups, plates, bowls, herbs and spices. The kitchen table seats four. As an extra amenity, we offer Walmart Online Grocery pick up with 24-hour advance notice (Dinuba Super Walmart location) and stock up the fridge or deliver it in the RV for your convenience. For your outside activities during your stay, 2 camping chairs are available along with a folding table, an additional 2 chairs, and several solid woodblocks to use around the campfire. (Please note that the campfire is not available during wild fire season or during the summer months.) Pets (up to 60 lbs) are always welcome at jFields Ranch with an extra fee. Please keep them on a leash at all times and do not leave your babies tied up outside. jFields Ranch is a NON-Smoking property. Guest access The main gate (on Highway 180 and to Costa Ln) must be locked at ALL Times. You will have access to most part of the jFieldsRanch property. You are welcome to meet the goats. Other things to note Special Note and Information jFieldsRanch pride itself on being off-grid with all the amenities to live comfortably. However, there are limitations. Off-grid means we are not connected to a power utility. jFieldsRanch relies solely on the power of the sun and wind. We collect this energy daily and store it in our battery banks. We then use this stored energy to power the RV. Please be aware that during extremely cloudy consecutive days especially in the winter, there may be an interruption with your electricity. Although jFieldsRanch will rely on our loud and noisy generator to power the RV in such condition, we kindly ask that ALL guests conserve as much energy as we can during your stay. We will also ask the same request over the summer months. Please use the ceiling fan, other fans, and the air cooler. A friendly reminder, to please open all windows during the day and at night to cool down the RV. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
