Newly renovated in Spring 2021, this 1 bedroom cabin boasts one plush king sized bed/bedroom, as well as a cozy twin sized "nook". Located 25 miles from Telluride and 43 miles from Mesa Verde National Park. Incredible hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and all that nature has to offer right out the door. Peaceful quiet neighborhood! The space The living room is furnished with two big comfy double overstuffed chairs that are great for relaxing in front of the propane "wood stove". The one bedroom has a super comfy king -sized bed. There is also cozy nook that hosts a twin- sized bed. The cabin is perfect for a couple or 2 adults. Also would accommodate a couple with a child. There are many special touches, including a clawfoot tub and a well equipped kitchen. Also there is a full- size washer/dryer. The property has a west facing front porch, perfect for afternoon sun! Also a deck facing east, which is a great spot to enjoy morning coffee in the sun!! Guest access Parking is directly in front of the house. The neighborhood is in the town and easy walking distance to the Main Street. There are great hiking and biking trails right out the door!! Other things to note Rico does not have a full on grocery store! Upon booking I can give you suggestions on where to stock up~depending on direction you will be traveling. Please note dining options are limited~contact me for more info. During winter and spring months I require all guests to have 4x4 or AWD!!! Roads can be icy and snow packed!! This is for your safety and the safety of other folks on the roads!! No one likes to get stuck!!!
