This 2017 built home overlooks the beautiful Mississippi River. It is located 15 minutes from La Crosse WI, 15 miles from New Albin, and 27 miles from Lansing, IA. It is within a mile distance from a boat launch and about 3 miles of a public boat launch away Wild Cat Campground. This area is host to whitetail deer, wild turkeys, bass, northern pike, walleye, and various pan fish. Our home is right on the Mississippi River Trail for bike riders. (It is only available in summers.) The space This beautiful river home has 2 bedrooms available for use. There is a full kitchen, living room, dining room, family room in lost and laundry room. It has a full bath by the second floor bedrooms and a half bath on main floor. There is wifi throughout. There are several reclining couches in living room with a large UHTV with steaming TV access. There is room to park a boat in front of the house and electricity outside to charge a boat battery. Make sure to let me know if you will need room to park other than a vehicle. In an effort of full disclosure, the house does have an apartment above the attached garage that is also rented it. The units are completely separate from each other and there is a storage run separating the spaces from each other. Other things to note We do not want our master suite to be used in rental and this area will be locked. There is no correct Airbnb designation for what this unit really is. It's not truly a 'full house' but it's also not a shared space as it's completely separate from the apartment that is in the same dwelling. Just know that people may be in the apartment and house at the same time, though you will only see each other if you are outside at the same time.
