No car necessary! The space Luxe Studio # 1 is located in a beautiful historic building in the best location on Main Street with everything at your doorstep. You will arrive to discover a meticulously clean, comfortable and relaxing space with tall windows allowing lots of natural light. They are complete with day/ night shades for your sleeping comfort. The steam shower is unforgettable and perfect after a day of hiking or sightseeing! Hotel quality bed linens, fluffy towels, toiletries, bottled water, coffee, tea; all provided for your stay. The Samsung washer & dryer are so convenient! A garment steamer is provided instead of an iron. Individual Mitsubishi heat/AC unit is for your studio only, it is not shared with other units, no recirculated air. For your safety washable items are ALL washed and sanitized after every guest checks out. All surfaces including floors, handles, counters, shower, sinks, toilet are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before your arrival! No smoking of any kind!! No parties or events! We can not accommodate infants or children under 12. Guest access You will have the entire studio space; kitchen, washer and dryer are in the studio. Other things to note We are setup for self check in. No infants or children under 12 permitted. The studio is located on the second floor up a flight of stairs. No pets allowed- no exceptions. Luxe Studios are located on the 2nd floor of the Luxe Building up a flight of steps. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND. Please limit occupancy to 2 people. After 2 guests, $60 per person per night. All guests must be registered. ** Please note our cancellation policy and obtain travel insurance if you think your plans can change. $45.00 charge will be requested if sheets are damaged.
