Crocodile House- Private Waterfront Property in First Bight
Watch nature unfold before your eyes in this tranquil, unspoiled environment! Named after the Roatan crocodiles, this beautiful waterfront Spanish style home sits directly on First Bight with views of the tranquil waters. The home is at the end of the road providing for very peaceful surroundings. There are orchids surrounding the property and mangroves near the water. There is 1600 square feet of interior living space with more than 1600 square feet of outdoor living space. The space The interior features soaring cathedral wooden ceilings and a huge great room with kitchen, living and dining room with an "open concept". The kitchen provides stainless steel top-of-the-line appliances including a dishwasher. Granite counter tops along with a crock pot, hand mixer, blender and French press are available for the chefs out there! Great for entertaining! There are two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Whole house water filter system allows you to drink water from the tap. There is also a back up generator for when the electricity goes out. There is a private plunge pool on the lower patio that overlooks the bay. The pool is maintained by the property manager and access must be given on a weekly basis for pool cleaning/maintenance. Guest access You will have the entire house all to yourselves! Other things to note Please be considerate when using the A/C units as electricity is very expensive on the island. When you are not using the bedrooms, please turn the A/C units off. We offer 4 kayaks for our guests as well as snorkel gear. Long term rentals (30 days or longer) are required to pay for the electric, Internet and cable bills for their stay.
