Welcome to this quiet three-bedroom, two-bathroom home! We have created a space with family in mind. Whether you are on an all-American road trip down Route 66, working a long nursing contract, or stopping on your way to the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, or the Colorado River, we invite you to cook dinner in the spotless kitchen, relax on the velvet sofa and watch a movie, lather up in the oversized shower, snuggle into brand new, crisp white sheets, then sleep in behind blackout roller shades. The space The convenient location of The Mohave House is right off the main streets of Kingman and Route 66, less than 5 minutes to the highway, Bealle Street, KRMC, Andy Devine, grocery stores, local dining, chain favorites, 10 minutes to the historic downtown, and much more. Enjoy the ease and increased accessibility of one-level living with the same flooring throughout the home. More allergy-friendly and reduced risk of falls is the name of our flooring game. The spacious and simple living room has a velvet sofa for everyone to pile up with a fresh blanket and snuggle in for a movie. The flat-screen TV has a Fire Stick attached (the house does not have cable). Board games and magazines are also available. Enjoy the vintage oak coffee table as well while you cool off under the fan in the extra-tall ceilings. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, bakeware, cooking utensils, dishes, and silverware. There are a stainless steel fridge, stove with oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The more kid-friendly plates and cups are in cupboard above the dishwasher. Kitchen basics, like spices, tea, and coffee supplies, are in the pantry. Enjoy the Keurig for our daily brew, or grab a chilled bottle of water from the fridge. You may notice there is nothing stored under the kitchen sink; our aim is to make The Mohave House safer for little ones, so you'll find dishwashing soap, trash bags, and more a little higher in the kitchen's walk-in pantry. The trash can and fire extinguisher are under the kitchen sink. The dining room features an antique oak table and chairs. Please let us know if you would like us to set up the table leaf prior to your arrival. The master bedroom has a brand new king size bed with crisp, white linens. The walk-in master closet and antique oak dresser give you lots of space for storing your belongings. Blackout roller shades mean you can sleep in. Enjoy the attached bathroom with separate water closet. The master bathroom has a two sinks and an oversized shower, perfect for a long, hot lathering after traveling. Help us keep The Mohave House safe and clean by running the exhaust fans during and after your luxurious shower. Just like in the kitchen, you'll find only a trashcan under the sink; crisp, white linens and a variety of fun toiletries can be found in the master bathroom's floor-to-ceiling linen closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and cheery yellow bedding with crisp, white linens. Stow your belongings in the dresser or closet with hangers awaiting your use. Pull those blackout shades down, flick on the ceiling fan, and enjoy a relaxing night in. The third room has a brand new trundle bed with twin size beds. The second bed pulls out from under the main bed, and the comforter and pillows are in the drawers. The blackout shades keep this space even cozier. You'll also find a desk and office chair in this space to make working on the go a breeze. Please let us know of you would like us to set up the infant bassinet, as well. The second full bath has a tub/shower combo, perfect for bathing little ones or drawing yourself a warm bath for soaking. Wrap yourself up in a fresh, white bath towel then hang it dry on the hooks in each bathroom or each guest room door. The Mohave House has a small back patio as well in the concrete-walled backyard. Guest access Our guests have access to the full house, except for the garage and hallway closet; these spaces are used to store cleaning supplies and some personal storage. Other things to note Any tampering with the ring camera, internet modem, or door lock with result in an immediate cancellation of the stay with no refund provided for the remaining nights.
