Sommières is a medieval Roman village known for its large traditional market on Saturday mornings, its night market on Wednesday evenings in summer, the Camargue races inside its arenas, its traditional festivals… In the heart of Sommières, this charming independent studio of 25m² located in the immediate vicinity of fields and vineyards as far as the eye can see will seduce you. The space The studio is located on the ground floor of the owner's house and is arranged as follows: a living room with fitted kitchen (hobs, microwave, mini oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, utensils and dishes) and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Internet access is available in the apartment. A TV in height, an iron and an ironing board also. 1 double bed in 160X190 as well as a convertible sofa 140X190 very comfortable are present in the main room. Bed linen and towels are provided. For your comfort, the studio is air-conditioned (reversible air conditioning) and is equipped with optical fiber (ethernet cable and Wifi). The cottage can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults. Guest access You will enjoy a large swimming pool (9m x 5.5m, max depth: 1.70 m), its deckchairs, a gas barbecue (gas bottle provided), a plancha as well as a pleasant wooded garden including a fountain where some fish swim as well as a space for children (hut with slide, swing) for children. A petanque court with its balls and a table tennis table with its rackets will be at your disposal. These outdoor facilities as well as the exterior entrance of the house are common. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are included. A washing machine and a shared dryer are available (laundry not included).
