Guests will have full access to the home but not the garage. Come up the mountain to enjoy everything the lake and Julian have to offer. The space Guests will have access to the entire 2 story home but not the garage. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living rooms, and patio areas. The fireplace is a pellet stove which will keep the house warm and comfortable. Guest access All areas but the garage Other things to note The house has a septic system so please use only the supplied septic safe toilet paper during your stay. Nothing other than toilet paper should be flushed into the system. During the winter season it is possible that you will need tire chains if you do have a 4x4 vehicle to travel on the roads.
