Entering the home into the Living Room and flowing into the Dining Room, Kitchen and out onto the Deck or turn and head down the hall to the bedrooms. INDOOR SPACE The first floor includes three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, along with your living room, kitchen and dining room and access to your spacious deck. The downstairs offers a bonus room/walkout basement, additional bedroom and laundry room (for longer stays). Living Room A perfect relaxing space for binge watching shows on either Netflix or Amazon, playing board games or simply sitting and enjoying the company of your group. The room has a “Zen Bar” where you can light an incense and the front closet offers a few amenities for outdoor activities. Kitchen Offers a large island and additional countertop space for prepping and cooking. A variety of cooking utensils and ingredients can be found here as well. Make yourself a cup of tea or coffee, provided for you. The kitchen includes a gas stove, refrigerator, drip coffeemaker, tea kettle, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and more. Sleeping Options Bedroom 1: Queen Bed with full bathroom en suite. Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Crib and/or Air Mattress (queen size) Living Room: Pull-out Sofa Bed (queen size) Bedroom 4 (downstairs): Queen Bed OUTDOOR SPACE With ample forest behind the house, please feel free to explore the woods on property. The land was previously part of the quarry back in the day, so a number of rocks and stones can be found throughout the forest. There are stone walls at the property line to the right (if facing the house) and back of the property. Please do not trespass onto the neighbors though. Deck With direct access from the Dining Room, the spacious deck offers outdoor seating and dining, set for 4, but can accommodate up to 6. A lounge chair is also provided to enjoy a good book or to take in the sun and sounds of the forest. There are stairs that go down to the ground from the deck. Fire Pit Located in the backyard, our fire pit is perfect for an afternoon or evening by the fire. We offer wood for your enjoyment. THINGS TO NOTE * Pet friendly home, but please no cats (our son is allergic) * This house does not currently have a backup generator Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire home and property. The Owner maintains a storage closet that is not locked, so requires your honesty as not to disturb the storage items unless with permission from the owner.
