BrightHorn Ranch is a beautifully renovated, rural mountain getaway, surrounded by open space, scenic views and peaceful surroundings. It’s the perfect year round basecamp for outdoor adventures. The central location is close to many popular activities in the Rocky Mountains including, fishing, hunting, hiking, boating, horseback riding, skiing, snowmobiling, tubing and more. The space Bright, spacious (1000sqft), 2 bedroom/1 bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 8; vaulted ceilings, lots of windows and new furnishings in every room. Very well stocked kitchen including pots, pans, coffee maker/supplies and cooking basics (spices, oil, sugar, etc.). There is an abundance of space for parking trailers and boats and access to an outdoor outlet to plug in trucks in the winter. There is a nice deck, seating area, gas grill and horse shoe pit outdoor provided for outdoor relaxation. Guest access BrightHorn Ranch is easy to find as it is visible from Highway 40 as you are coming into Parshall. It is the gray house on the hill on the opposite side of the highway from the town. You will turn on to county road 20 from Highway 40 and cross the railroad tracks, the driveway is the second one down the road. The road is well maintained even in the winter. We have a lockbox on the front deck for self check-in at your convenience. Other things to note Our location is rural with the closest town with gas and conveniences is 5 miles away in Hot Sulphur Springs. The closest grocery store and hospital are in Kremmling which is 12 miles away. Parshall does have the Parshall Inn (PI) a quaint restaurant/bar with good food, cold beer and live music some weekends. It is open Thursday-Sunday. - We have cellular internet for our wifi which works really well and has been super reliable when we have worked at the house. - Verizon cellular service works well, AT&T is spotty. We are not sure about T-Mobile. If you connect to the wifi you will have no issues with service at the house. - We have a Visio SmartTV so you can log into any apps that you subscribe to. There is access to "Watch for Free" and "Tibo" if you don't have any personal apps.
