And for nightly movies a large screen Roku TV for evening entertainment if sunsets and live music 10 minutes away is not your passion. Beach chairs and umbrellas, two hammocks, shark tooth hunting equipment, kayaks and SUPs available for your use. The entire property is privately available for your use, shared with only one other AirBnB 1 BR unit across the street who also have access to the 2 general use kayaks and SUPs on the dock on the bay. So from time to time 2 other people may walk the path behind the cottage to access the kayaks.The pathway is a wide birth around the cottage, so not really a privacy intrusion if the kayaks are used at all by the guests staying on the beach side. We work on the honor system in terms of reporting accurately the number of guests and pets staying at the property, and hope you will honor our honor system approach to pricing this property in a way that attempts to also meet the budgets of slightly smaller vs. larger sized parties and families.
