Walk out the door and onto the quiet beach, sit by the water, walk along the shore, go for a swim, or enjoy water activities you love! Sleeps 12 max with 7 beds (3 beds are convertibles). All humans count as guests. Consult with us prior to booking if you are traveling with infants. Parking for 5 cars (1 in front driveway, 4 in our private parking across the street). No street parking so please inquire if you have more than 5 cars. Most residents live on this is quiet beach year-round, so please be respectful, especially with your noise level. No parties are permitted. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Salem County is a rural agricultural area, not your typical crowded Jersey shore experience. There aren’t bars or many stores, but you’ll see plenty of farm stands on your way to town filled with Jersey produce. The beach is beautiful and the water is great for swimming or water sports; however, there are no lifeguards: use of the beach and other outside areas are at renter's own risk (host is not responsible for any injury as such).
