Our organic home is located in the town center of a quiet residential area, near train, restaurants, and a picturesque harbor. More so, we have everything within walking distance, train station, grocery stores, cafes, ice-cream shop, restaurants, library, post office, track/field, walking and biking trails and a picturesque harbor all in a amazingly quiet neiborhood. Here you can really enjoy the quiet and hear the birds chirping, sit on the front porch, rest on the hammock, play basketball, stretch indoors on the yoga trapeze, or sit in the backyard and enjoy the fire pit and 6 person eating area. The evening is a great time to relax in front of the fire place with a great library of esoteric books, games or oracle cards and it will truly feel home..... To add.. we also have The Mirror (the exercise companion.. if you have your own account you can use it.. ) Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms; one queen and two full size beds all of which are non toxic made with latex, organic wool and cotton and the bedrooms have purifying salt lamps. If you are sensitive or allergy prone this is the house for you! Upstairs there are 2 full bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner and hand soap for your use. We live chemical free, our home is green. We only use and provide natural products for personal care and house cleaning with essential oils, ecological, organic and sustainable ingredients. Enjoy a eco conscious and organic kitchen- Teflon and microwave free kitchen - with All Clad pots and pans, gas stove, Vita-mixer, Berkey water system, dehydrator and a slow juicer you have many options. We have a outdoor compost bin and are in the beginning stages of a permaculture garden transitioning away from manicured lawns. Our front and back yard are eco friendly, we have native plant and herb gardens. We are letting the grass grow so we can feed the butterflies and bees with lovely wildflowers. Please feel free to pick from the vegetables in the garden, drink clean water from our Berkey gravity filter or cook in our modern kitchen. We love sharing our organic lifestyle with those that are so inclined or interested in shifting over to all natural living. Guest access Guests are welcomed to use the front porch, the backyard, back deck and driveway. Other things to note You are welcome to use washer and dryer if need arises, located in the basement along with my healing space and craft studio. Other than needing to do laundry there is no reason to access this space. The door from the kitchen leads to this space but there is also another door, a private entrance, to get to this space. I usually only come to empty out the dehumidifier or pick up some art supplies. If this need arises I will always text or call you to let you know I’m coming. *The art studio is accessible from the private entrance without interfering with your privacy. Our neiborhood is very quiet and our neighbors are well aware of what goes on on our block. If you decide to have a party and invite people not on the guest list into our house, which is a violation to the house rules, you will be fined $5000.00 for the violation in addition the cost of any additional damages to our home. If you under-book the number of persons staying you will be fined double the cost per night for each additional person.
