Welcome to the Shadowbrook Farm Stay. Tucked in the hills of upstate New York, this 1700's Shaker barn has been restored into a beautiful guest house. It sits upon a two hundred acre working pasture raised meat farm. This barn was used to hold, and milk cows for two hundred and fifty years. Guests will have access to portions of the farm lands which are highlighted on the maps provided in the Farm Stay manual. If you follow the farm road, you are able to meet every farm animal on the property! The space The barn is set with a very open floor plan, it essentially all one room besides the bathroom. There is bed space for four, a very high loft with a king bed, and a bunk bed down stairs in the back corner. This space could potentially sleep many more than four (air mattress available). It is heated with radiant heat. It has a fully functional kitchen with a beautiful maple counter top. Cabinets and other decorations are all shaker inspired. There is a large fireplace and also a stone fire ring on the patio. The television is run off of the wifi, it is a smart TV. Guests may sign in to their respective accounts on the various media apps. If not, arrangements can be made. Frequently asked questions: • Firewood and kindling is not provided, but can be purchased at our Farm Store or local Stewart’s shop. • For a $5 delivery fee, your fridge/freezer/pantry can be stocked with items from our farm store (order online on our website). • The Farm Stay is equipped with toilet paper and paper towels; However, bring extra if you think you’ll need more than provided. • The dumpster is located in the barnyard (where the farm store is located) in
