The space 3 bedrooms - 1 king and two queen sized beds. All with smart TV’s. (Linens provided) Main bathroom - located by bedrooms 1 & 2 has a bathtub/shower. Bathroom 2 - inside bedroom 3 with shower (queen bed bedroom) + W/D. Kitchen - Fully stocked. Coffee bar, various spices and condiments. Bonus room - just off the kitchen is an extra room with a couch/sitting area. You can close the barn doors and set up your office space or a queen sized inflatable mattress is available if you need the extra bed (provided). Outdoors: Backyard and Patio - private (non-heated) pool, fire-pit, seating area + dining area for 6, propane tank grill & open outdoor shower. 2 cedar storage containers on side of house with 3 bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs and random fishing items. Feel free to use. Pool guy comes on Saturdays to clean. Guest access You have access to the entire home except for the garage which is saved for the owner. This is my one and only STR and my home away from home. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTICE: City/County STR regulations allow only short-term vacation rentals of 30 day minimum length stays in this area with only a few of shorter stays/year.
