In order for us to continue providing low cost housing, we ask that guest be considerate and conserve water and electricity. We ask that anything you may need to use from the house be returned. Smoking is not allowed inside! Only on verandah or in yard. Please turn off A/C, Water Heater & Iron after each use. A fee of $20 would be added for chronic disregard of request every occurrence, and $5 for each broken dish or utensil.
