Hammocks & comfortable beds await your island getaway. The space This home has a private screened pool and is situated on an oversized lot to ensure privacy. Swing in the hammock nestled under the trees or lounge by the pool and enjoy the sounds of nature. Brand new eco-friendly Appalachian pine wood floors throughout and long billowing curtains really make this feel like a beach cottage you will never want to leave! Open floor plan on the main level with kitchen, living room, and dining room. Also on the main level are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. One has a queen bed and the other room has a bunk bed with bottom and top single beds. Upstairs you will find the master with queen bed and balcony with the amazing views of the sea. Great home for a couple and small family. Guest access Guests will have full access to the North Captiva Island Club, which includes pools, pool bar, hot tub, tennis courts, bicycles, and kayaks. Other things to note There is no grocery store on the island so guests can pre-order their groceries with options to pick them up before boarding the ferry or have them delivered to your house. There is a lunch place on the island called Barnacle Phil's as well as the pool bar at the North Captiva Island Club, and another restaurant that serves dinner. There is also a small market that sells the essentials in case you forget something or want to order pizza or fresh fish.
